The Pangasinan State University Football Club will initiate the 1st Pangasinan 7 a side football tournament this coming February 2009 in Lingayen, Pangasinan. We are looking forward where the conduct the said tournament. It will be either in the Narciso Ramos Sports Complex and Civic Center or the venue will be at the Pangasinan State University football field.
