    The 1st Mayor Castañeda Football Cup is now officially approved by the Honorable Mayor of Lingayen, Ernesto “Jonas” Castañeda, Jr. when we had our meeting in his house today dated March 8, 2009 at exactly 5:30 in the afternoon.
