Good Bonding Creates Strong Team Work
After having our practice game in San Marino subdivision, Dagupan City, we headed in Dagupan’s finest steak place locally known as pigar-pigar for a little bonding. I have noticed from my previous experiences that good bonding creates stronger team work and good communications during the game. In this manner, team players can be able to exchange ideas on what are the things that should be done and what are the things that should not be done. This is a discussion about do’s and dont’s before, during, and after the game.
If you have your team and you would like to come up with a stronger team, the best way to establish camaraderie is by having a little break and have your bonding session like going out and have snacks or dinner. I believe that this method will also be effective for your team.
